1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and casinopus ("casinopus," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the casinopus website, platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the casinopus Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the casinopus Platform.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of casinopus, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the casinopus Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

Each individual may register only one (1) casinopus account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

casinopus reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your casinopus account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your casinopus account and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to enhance account security.
• Notify casinopus immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your casinopus account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

casinopus shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your casinopus account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

casinopus supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the casinopus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your casinopus account instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• casinopus does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

casinopus is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or technical issues outside our control. Any transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

casinopus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your casinopus account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• casinopus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

• casinopus reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the casinopus Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained human dealers under controlled conditions. casinopus only partners with licensed game providers whose products have been independently tested and certified for fairness.

Each game on casinopus is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. casinopus shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — casinopus reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. The decision of casinopus in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the casinopus Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with casinopus games or systems.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or identity fraud.

• Using the casinopus Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering or operating more than one casinopus account.

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the casinopus Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any casinopus content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, casinopus and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

Your continued use of the casinopus Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.

13. Termination and Suspension

casinopus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.

• At your own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon termination for cause, casinopus reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and casinopus, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
